A personal trainer wanting to create a flyer that will help encourage people to get fit & healthy by joining a gym and utilising a personal trainer to help them get started.
She wanted the flyer to be welcoming and include the benefits of how personal training is a great option.
Key words could include "get started with Tamara" then include benefits...her intention is to tailor the flyer to people who are currently on the fence and thinking about joining a gym but haven't done so yet & encourage them/persuade them that now is the perfect/right time to take charge of their fitness & achieve health & vitality like they've never experience before.. (Something along those lines :) )
